When I started Happy Honey, I knew that I needed to take the retail experience that I have already learned with other jobs and apply it to owning my own boutique and let me tell you, it has helped so much. The customer is always put first and I like to do whatever I can to make them happy and satisfied with their purchase! Whether that is adding a fun extra gift to what they ordered or even something as simple as a hand written note, something personable that the customer can look back one. I think it is really important to make them feel confident in what they purchased! Nothing feels better than receiving a package that you know was package with love and a little confetti!
